Without opening the Flash source file, you can:

1. Change the images,which are located in external folders. (using the xml file)

2. Modify description for each image.

3. Change the background color for description.

4. Change the color of the Flash movie's background.

5. Turn on/off the 'burning effect' for the thumbnail/large images.

6. Hide the background image if you don't like it.

7. Change the category rollover color.

8. Change the triangle's rollover color.

9. Logo is an external image file, you can change it to yours or delete it.

All you need to do is open the xml file provided using notepad or whatever text editor you use, change the value and save.
